As part of the work we have done to/with rt.py and with the changes to
bring the Chandler launchers up to spec the RunChandler scripts are
technically not needed anymore.

I have a bug filed to remove them, but I wanted to check with the dev
team that it was ok to remove them before acting on the bug.

so, please respond yea or nay to this proposal:

Remove from the 0.7 trunk the RunChandler scripts knowing that their
functionality is handled by ./chandler[.sh | .bat | .exe]. Also
realize that the RunPython scripts will remain for developer use.

Please respond by the end of the day Thursday, July 12th.

thanks,
