I think it's clear the user doesn't need to know, as there is no choice to 
make and no action to take.  And I really hate programs that tell you stuff 
like, "Hey, just so you know, somebody fromulated the thingamajig!  No 
action is required.", and then I'm all like, "um, okay then."  ;-)
