After your next 'svn update' you need to get the latest chandlerdb version
by running in 'chandler':
      make chandlerdb  - OR -
      make install

This update adds support for vfork() on Mac OS X which is needed for execve() 
to work. This makes it possible to restart chandler from within itself when 
restoring a repository backup from the UI.
