[Chandler-dev] Chandler and Vista

Hi:

I just ran the 2007-02-06 14:09:56 PDT build of Chandler on Vista. It  
crashed instantly after launching. However, I was able to run Python  
from the command line without any problems.

I also tried the 0.6.1 debug build and it ran. I didn't do extensive  
testing, but did notice two problems: the splash screen was black,  
and the repository hung on quit, presumably the deadlock we've seen  
in the past. Running again I didn't see the deadlock.
