[Chandler-dev] Chandler 0.7.3 RC1 testing help

Hi Phillipe!

I have just downloadad and successfully ran the RC. I have not done any 
real testing, just installed and fooled around on the following 
platforms (using Swedish OS settings):

Macbook Pro running OS X 10.5.1
VMWare Fusion VM with Gutsy
VMWare Fusion VM with XP SP2

Installation was quick and painless on all platforms. Some notes:

- On Leopard the installed app is English by default. Switching language 
works but an old bug where Windows and Help menus are not localized 
correctly re-appears.

- On Gutsy, everything works. The initial language was Swedish. One 
suggestion: to help less sofisticated users, perhaps double-clicking the 
installer should install menu alternatives or desktop icons pointing at 
the start script?

- On XP, installation worked but Chandler crashed at startup: internal 
program error and something about pythonw_d. I am also running the 0.7.4 
trunk under Cygwin in this VM - it may have been an interaction with that.

After un-installing and re-installing the RC, everything worked. On XP, 
the initial language was also Swedish.
