[Chandler-dev] update after bug council friday

At Friday's bug council we triaged 10 bugs...

- Aparna found 2 links into the website/wiki that could be more targeted 
for a better experience (i.e. point more directly to the appropriate 
content). We agreed to improve the links with the next RC, even though 
we wouldn't block the release for these changes.

- John had logged several bugs from testing the RC on Linux. Several of 
his bugs did not reproduce when others tried -- the bug council was 
wondering if there is something weird/unique about John's setup. One 
problem was reproducible if you tried out test skins. Aparna sent mail 
to the list asking for help reproducing 2 bugs; more bugs like this have 
shown up over the weekend.

- We left a byline bug untargeted. Mimi looked at it Friday evening 
after the bug council. She mentioned that it doesn't need to be 
blocking, we have other minor byline issues. We'd like to target it 
0.7.x -- it is possible that there is a server issue.
