[Chandler-dev] Chandler Release Candidate preparations - svn tree is CLOSED

We are going to be doing a Release Candidate 1 build as soon as Grant 
checks in the fix for bug 10595.

Please hold off all SVN commits until the Release Candidate has landed. 
  Once the Release Candidate is done I will post to the list.
