[Chandler-dev] desktop bug update: Aug 16

We currently have 6 open bugs for 0.7.

We have good momentum on the open bugs. Quite a few fixes related to the 
"scary" bugs have been committed in the last 24 hours. We're not going 
to branch; focus on existing bugs and regression testing.

In IRC we agreed that any new bugs created to separately track aspects 
of bugs already targeted to 0.7 can also be targeted to 0.7 without 
assembling the bug council, unless there is something that might require 
group discussion. Use your best judgment.

*Testing*

Aparna would like to start running through manual cases to test for 
regressions (we've had some non trivial fixes since they were last 
tested). Test cases here:

She'll start scheduling IRC sessions to go through sections. Any 
developers who are working on the bugs listed below should probably 
focus on those bugs first and foremost; other folks are encouraged to 
participate in the test sessions.
