[Chandler-dev] Article on Chandler performance

Among other things, this article <http://www.regdeveloper.co.uk/ 
2007/04/29/vista_end_dream/> has one person's take on our desktop  
performance issues.  I am assuming that he downloaded a4, so of  
course the numbers have probably improved.   Still, it shows the kind  
of first impression that we are making.    Since we are about to  
review the results of our performance efforts, I thought it was worth  
hearing some feedback from people who aren't following the project  
closely.
