[Chandler-dev] Change on p_win

I turned off real time virus protection on p_win yesterday in an attempt
to reduce the variation between testruns. It seems it was at least
partially successful, so I plan on leaving it like that. It did not seem
to have a noticeable effect on actual performance numbers.

Currently:

minimum standard deviation: 0.00%
maximum standard deviation: 32.53%
median standard deviation: 4.26%

Before yesterday only one std dev was under 5%.
