[Chandler-dev] New sharing errors dialog

You may have noticed since yesterday there is a new sharing error  
details dialog that pops up whenever there is a failure during  
publish or subscribe.  Too often a bug report (through no fault of  
the bug reporter) is missing the actual stack trace from chandler.log  
because perhaps the log has rolled over to the chandler.log.1 file,  
for example.  So now you'll get details about the problem in a dialog  
that has a "Copy to Clipboard" button suitable for pasting info into  
a bug report or emailing me.

Also, when an error happens during a sync, the same sort of error  
information is now stored for later viewing.  Whenever you see a  
sidebar collection has an exclamation icon indicating a sync error,  
right click on the collection, choose "Manage", and the Manage dialog  
should have an additional button for viewing the error details for  
the last sync.

I would make the exclamation icon itself clickable to pop up the  
error dialog, but I don't know how to do that.  :-)

So from now on, please paste the new error dialog's contents into bug  
reports.  For now, also include chandler.log until I'm confident I  
have enough debugging info in the dialog.
