$ ./tools/rt.py --help
Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "./tools/rt.py", line 30, in ?
     import build_lib
   File "/home/pje/c6/chandler/tools/build_lib.py", line 25, in ?
     import subprocess
ImportError: No module named subprocess

It appears the script's #! line is trying to run the system Python, rather
than Chandler's Python.
