Agreed, some sort of integration into the UI would be great. 0.8 (aka 
our second "Preview" release) might be the right time for this. I 
suspect 0.8 will be the right time to start putting more emphasis on 
supporting plugin parcels, but more about that later. ;)

I have an old bug to move test code to its own parcel (Bug 4617). 
Perhaps the updated version of this is to move test code to its own egg, 
so that we have this option. I'd be psyched to tackle this for alpha5 
(its been a long time since I've committed anything!).
