[Chandler-dev] Selecting the best computational platform for automatic tagging

Hi,

I have reviewed a couple of python libraries that we could use as a  
computational platform for automatic tagging of items that I am  
currently working on and possible for other work as well. At this  
point I feel that SciPy would be a good fit for our needs and as it  
is licensed under BSD terms I can see no legal reasons not to use it.

Now I would like to hear if there are other, maybe even better,  
options that we could/should consider. We will have to make a  
decision soon so any input is appreciated.

Heikki and/or bear could you please check how easy it would be to  
include SciPy package into our Chandler distribution.
