[Chandler-dev] Bug in Alpha4?

it looks like the chandler "make install" wasn't run or it didn't 
finish completely.

The egg_translations module is provided by the parcel/plugin that is 
found in chandler/projects/EggTranslations-Plugin.

How did you update your Chandler?  Have you tried to do a "make purge"?
