[Chandler-dev] Date/time auto-completion patch

The localization information from Chandler can be used to update/modify
the localized text that is stored internally within parsedatetime.
This will allow the text to be parsed properly even if parsedatetime
doesn't have the locale defined internally.
So, yea, looking forward to the wiki update ;)
