[Chandler-dev] Current tinderbox test errors

I'm working with Markku about the current test failures.  The changes 
he made are testing clean on his systems and also on my test 
environments.

We have gotten it down to a couple of possibilities and I'm doing a 
tbox change to test a theory.

If the tests are still failing after I get back from my dinner break I 
will restart the tboxes.
