[Chandler-dev] Tinderbox update

Currently the tinderbox server is doing two things - rebuilding the 
raid drive and also chewing thru the backlog of emails.

This is going slowly and will probably be done within the hour.

Please refrain from commiting until the backlog is done - you'll notice 
because the tinderbox status page will have more than just headers :)
