[Chandler-dev] smtp problem - possible hint?

I fixed the typo in the from address (commit 12420).

There still appears to be a  problem with the  performance tinderboxes 
being unable to report  status via email and so these boxes have dropped 
off of the status page.  I've emailed Jared and Bear about this problem 
which is all I know to do at this point.
