A support ticket was filed, and my response included the likely fix (on
Thursday, 6:45pm).  As only Brian, Dan, Heikki, Bear, and Jeffrey were on
the reply, and others are spending time on the issue, I'll include that
response here.

Probable cause found in smtp.osafoundation.org logs, from the 504
human-readable text: Domain not found

The From is: demo1 at osaofundation.org

Note the mis-spelling of the domain.
