[Chandler-dev] QA summaries

Hello all,
In an effort to increase the overall communication from  the QA team,  
I will be sending out weekly summaries about the work and status of  
various projects within the team.

Chandler:
- Testing of daily alpha4 checkpoint builds and filing bugs
- Verifying alpha4 resolved bugs
- Debugging performance tests on the new CATS 2.0 framework
- Strategize on making improving the functional test framework
- Revamp the Quality Assurance, CommunityQA pages for alpha4 release

Cosmo:
- Announced project Windmill.
- Setup trac install for windmill http://people.osafoundation.org: 
7080/trac
- Published initial architecture documents for windmill

- Enhancement of recurrence testing and UI automation for Cosmo
- Research on Selenium RC proxy (writing simple web apps to clarify  
packet dumps)
- Working on a strategy for generating more thorough status and test  
results for Cosmo CP's
