[Chandler-dev] 0.7 Alpha2 status

To make sure I'm on the same page as others, and also to put the 
various conversations into the public sphere, here is where we are with 
the status of 0.7alpha2:

  - 0.7alpha2-rc1 was released to QA and has been signed off by QA

  - 0.7alpha2-rc1 was updated to only change the version and splash 
screen stamp to become 0.7alpha2

- I will be creating the official 0.7alpha2 distributions now in 
preparation for the sign off by the production/web side of the house

So, the next step is to get the web bits ready and make the formal 
announcement - right?
