[Chandler-dev] Doubt in Chandler extension tutorial for feeds parcel

I would check to make sure you do not have CHANDLERHOME or CHANDLERBIN 
defined and then in your chandler/ directory just try to run python:

	./release/RunPython

that will make sure your base environment is ok - next try to start 
chandler itself:

	./release/RunChandler

The biggest cause for import errors is bad values for CHANDLERHOME, 
CHANDLERBIN or PARCELPATH - if you use the RunChandler script you can 
leave all of them not defined.
