[Chandler-dev] wxGrid native-rendered list header integration status

The alpha2 version of the wxGrid <-> wxColumnHeader integration has been 
committed.

Thanks to John and Robin for the code review and their suggestions, 
which made the final push successful. There are certain to be bugs 
(please report them), but it's ready for code complete and will be 
available in the next wx tarball.
