[Chandler-dev] Chandler I18n Status

Hello,

The python egg based resource management system is now ready for code 
review. I have placed two eggs with instructions to

http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Projects/ChandlerInternationalizationPrototype

so that everyone who is interested can try them out and take a look at 
the code. At the moment there is no written documentation about the 
design but this will change next week.  Starting from next week I and 
Brian are also going to start including the functionality to Chandler, 
so any comments that you have at this point are highly appreciated.
