[Chandler-dev] Checkpoint 0.7alpha3 2006-06-19 available for use

The weekly checkpoint build of Chandler is now available for download 
and use at the following location:

	http://downloads.osafoundation.org/chandler/snapshots/20060619

Please Note:  This is a build from the trunk source code as of this 
morning.  Do NOT use this if you are currently dog-fooding using 
0.7alpha2 code.  This Checkpoint also contains one of the first public 
viewings of the background sharing code and it's a little shy - so 
don't be surprised if it decides to not want to work with your shared 
data ;)
