[Chandler-dev] Bug 6040 blocking progress on Alpha3

On an svn checkout & make install, the share directory is in chandler/ 
release. On a full build of the app, it's not in the release  
subdirectory, and that's why Mimi's (downloaded) app doesn't work.

I'm not sure whether this should be fixed by packaging the app a  
little differently (i.e. putting that directory in Chandler_XXX.app/ 
Contents/Resources/release), or by tweaking the i18n code.
