I support this proposal, if the effort is modest. We currently have no
other reliable solution for people to publish large calendars unless we
ask them to run trunk builds.
A server-side solution may be discovered for significantly speeding up
the publication of large calendars, but investigation will take a number
of days given people's availability. If we do get a good lead on
improvements, it could still be multiple weeks or more before cosmo-demo
is updated with more performance enhancements which affect this
operation.
