*QA and Release*

Migration to Ubuntu Breeze Badger continues. Once we have all things
working with breeze, we should be able to do an easy distro upgrade to
Dapper Drake (the Long Term Support version of Ubuntu that is going to
be supported for several years). Some people have already reported that
they can run Chandler on Dapper.

Work on new CATS framework is progressing on a branch. QA has started
looking to move at least parts of the new framework to the trunk. There
are still some problems to be solved.
