[Chandler-dev] Need help naming my date parsing library

Hi all

Just as another datapoint, it's worth noting that someone else has
written an extension module named parsetime:
http://www.nanoo.org/~daniel/parsetime/

That being said, I also prefer descriptive python module names, so for
what it's worth, I like parsetime.
