You can download the 0.7alpha3 Checkpoint 2006-07-14 from:

Remember that this is a checkpoint of the 0.7alpha3 branch - not the 
trunk.  If you are currently dog-fooding with 0.6 you need to be 
careful with this version as it will try to evict your data and raise 
the rent.
