I upgraded gcj on Windows to version 3.4.6 in order to fix bug 6072.
If you are doing full builds on Windows and you don't have your own version of 
gcj installed (that is, GCJ_HOME and GCJ_VER set),
you need to run "make compilers" in external after your next svn update in 
external.
