[Chandler-dev] 0.7alpha3 has branched - the trunk is now 0.7alpha4.dev

The trunk is now open for all 0.7alpha4 work.

The 0.7alpha3 branch can be retrieved by doing a checkout:

read/write:	svn+ssh://svn.osafoundation.org/svn/chandler/branches/ 
0.7alpha3
read-only:		http://svn.osafoundation.org/chandler/branches/0.7alpha3

Remember that the 0.7alpha3 branch is considered to be RESTRICTED and  
that any commits need to be for bug-council approved bugs only and need  
to be reviewed.
