[Dev] Functional tests on Tbox

Today I was finally able to get the functional test suite run as part of
the tests that are performed by p_osx (the same Tinderbox client that
runs the OSX performance tests). The perf boxes runs release versions
only, so it is not full coverage yet.

I also started p_win with these tests today, but it seems the tests hung
 (the functional tests passed earlier which might indicate an
intermittent problem).

We currently have a blocker on Linux regarding the functional tests -
the tests stall almost immediately with accounts dialog if I recall. Bug
5051.

This is just a head up that you should start paying attention to the p_*
columns on Tinderbox as well and be concerned if they either turn orange
or stop sending results after your checkin.
