[Dev] Bugzilla upgrade is done

First I totally mis-read the message from Jefferson when I said it 
would happen Friday at 7pm - he directly said Thursday

My apologies for that mistake.

The good news is that Jefferson has reported the upgrade is done and 
all has gone well :)

There is a backup of the old DB in case any rollback is needed.

Again, sorry for the confusion (totally on my part!) about the day.
