[Chandler-dev] Pending Python upgrade in the Chandler build environment

Andi has worked on the changes required to the Chandler build (and  
source) -- they have been completed and tested on the python25 branch  
and soon that branch will be merged back into the Trunk.

The changes required/made include:

	Python 2.5
	ICU 3.6
	Zope.Interface 3.3.0b2
	Twisted (svn trunk rev# 18795)
	Setuptools 0.6c4
	PyICU 0.6-66
	PyLucene 2.0.0-7
	VObject 0.4.3-164
	Zanshin r157
	chandlerdb
	

and within the Chandler source changes required because 'with' is now  
a keyword.

Readline support for Windows and OS X has been upgraded to use the  
GNU Readline 5.2

Once we get some sanity checks done by the team our goal is to do the  
Trunk merge as early as possible.
