Chandler
- Tested the rc2 and the final release bits for alpha4 release
- Verified alpha4 resolved bugs
- Finalized the format for alpha5 test plans
- Drafted the bug reporting guidelines for dogfooders -  under review

Cosmo
- Verified Cosmo checkpoint bugs and new features
- Upgraded qacosmo to the latest and manually tested it
- Devised a plan with Jared for testing the reverse proxy
- Worked on a plan for doing performance testing in the Cosmo UI with  
Matt and Ted that will go out early next week

- Cosmo test framework
     - Finished modularization of the WSGI code
     - Developed conditional serving into the python threaded socket  
server to make it easier to kill
     - Developed initial tests for proxy passthrough and static  
serving in the server
     - Developed initial "environment" work. Script that brings up  
entire testing environment and drops into a python shell with all the  
locals intact.
     - Added some dojo widgets for a cleaner layout
     - Started the interactive xhr loop for pulling instructions from  
our test server.
     - Wrote initial jsonrpc and xmlrpc code -- currently untested
     - Setup svk mirror of the windmill repository and flushed old  
repository data out of trac, all trac svn features are now functional
     - Added the "AccountManager" module to trac for easier account  
signup and managing.
