[Chandler-dev] Chandler running with system python on Ubuntu

A few weeks back I'd experimented with using system icu and openssl on
Ubuntu. Yesterday on the train ride home I started working on going the
full way of using system everything (well, everything we haven't
critically modified).
Today I finally got Chandler running using system openssl, icu, python
and a bunch of system python packages. Thanks to Andi for showing me how
to fix one startup issue, and for pje (a bit earlier) for telling how to
get the system to use our versions of modules.
I did this in a pretty hacky way, modifying the build just enough to see
if I could get everything to compile. And they did. I manually copied
the results into chandler/release/site-packages. I also had to get a new
configobj 'cos I did not spend time figuring out how to get setuptools
working. Oh, and even though I compiled PyLucene properly I think I
messed up copying all the needed files so I ended up using the dummy
PyLucene.py.
I also created an Ubuntu installer (.deb file) for it if you want to
check it out. I did not trim it like we normally do with our installers
so it is slightly larger than our current installers. It is temporarily
available at
http://builds.osafoundation.org/chandler_0.7alpha5.dev+r12482+systempython-1_i386.deb
After installing you'll find it in /usr/local/chandler-system/
