If this is the only reason Chandler now bundles its own version of Python, 
and it would otherwise work with the stock 2.[45] from python.org [*], it 
would be cool if the install package didn't include it and the installer 
instead downloaded it on-the-fly if it determined that it's needed.

[*] Although IIRC there are also some changes to ensure using the right
version of 3rd-party libraries.
