[Chandler-dev] State of stamping-as-annotations

Here's an update on where the stamping via annotations implementation  
is right now:

+ The code is available for perusing/checkout in my sandbox:

(last synced with chander trunk this morning: r11595). Feel free to  
have a look and/or criticize constructively or make suggestions. I  
have a more specific set of questions/issues that I’ll send out in a  
separate email.

+ What I have ported:

     - Stamping :)
     - Detail View
     - Calendar UI
     - App bar buttons (& their interaction with the sidebar)

+ What doesn't work:

     - Recurrence
     - Sharing
     - A bunch of unit/functional/perf tests
     - I haven't tried much in the email department other than  
getting unit tests to run.
