[Chandler-dev] TestI18n requires French and Spanish Lang packs on Linux

Hello,
The latest checking of the i18n tests require that French and Spanish 
language support
be present on the Operating System to run the Chandler unit test suite.

For Windows XP and OS X this is not an issue as these languages are 
installed by default.

However, on Linux this is not the case.

To install the French and Spanish lang packs select the
System > Administration > Language Selector menu item.

This brings up a dialog window (show in the attached Screen Shot).

Simply check the French and Spanish Translations checkboxes and click Apply.

The language packs are now installed.
