[Chandler-dev] Be careful when updating svn:ignore (or other
properties)

Please be careful if you update svn properties using any tool other
than the command-line svn client.
The svn:ignore property on the chandler/ directory contained
inconsistent newlines and after googling for a reason as to how they
got in there - it appears that some "helper" apps like Subclipse (and
others) can cause this error.
If you do feel the urge to modify the properties using one of the
tools, please ping me so I can "verify" or "validate" that the tool
used does it properly.
I was able to fix the error by using my amazing-super-svn-fu so we
should be ok now.
Well, ok, sure - all I did was cat chandler/.svn/dir-props - but hey!
it sure sounded hard when I described it to one of my cats :)
