[Chandler-dev] Checkpoint 2006-08-21 available for testing

This is the Checkpoint build from the Chandler trunk as of this morning:

	http://downloads.osafoundation.org/chandler/checkpoints/20060821

This is not the version to use if you are dogfooding Chandler as your 
data will most likely emerge from the install looking as if it was the 
subject of a Ginsu knife demonstration.
