[Chandler-dev] --stderr and --nocatch

I think all that Heikki's suggesting is to not have do_tests.sh run with 
--stderr as the default and to not have the tinderboxes run with it 
either.  We are not talking about taking --stderr away as an option from 
chandler.  We could add it as an optional parameter to do_tests.sh so 
you could run the tests with it if you wanted to, but with no changes 
you could still do this by running the tests using RunChandler so it 
doesn't seem necessary.
