[Chandler-dev] New wx available

Hi all,

There are a new set of wxPython tarballs ready for use with Chandler, so 
when you next update your chandler workspace you will want to also do a 
"make install" to get the latest wx.

This version has changes that include wx.ColumnHeader and wx.grid.Grid 
refactoring.  I have also checked in some minor tweaks to Chandler code 
to adapt it to the changes made in wx.
