[Chandler-dev] Sample parcels have been egg-ified

I've implemented the move of the sample parcels (Amazon, Flickr, Photo, 
EVDB and EventLogger) from the chandler/parcels/ directory to the 
chandler/projects directory.

/me thanks birsch for providing the egg framework files.

As Morgen pointed out on IRC just now, you will need to run "make 
purge" to remove any pyc or pyo files.
