sweet!  I'll add that ld.so.conf bit to the new SlackwareBuildNotes 
wiki page I'll create tonight.

yea - fonts and UI looks-n-feel may be a bit off as all distros do 
fonts so differently it seems

This is the place for development oriented questions - if fit's a how 
to use Chandler or a design issue, I would probably try the design@
