wow - we are really dragging you thru the mud on this one!

Hmm, yea, looks like that version is not on the Cheeseshop now - one of 
the reasons we try to copy them all to our local servers.  The url for 
our local copy is 
http://builds.osafoundation.org/external/setuptools-0.6a11-py2.4.egg

I'll have to look into adding the setuptools option to inform it that 
it should download eggs from our server instead of Cheeseshop.  Looks 
like you found a build bug for me - thanks!
