[Chandler-dev] Alpha3 status : RC 1 officially blessed!

Hi,

The Bug Council met this morning to review the list of outstanding 
untargetted bugs. There is currently *0* (zero) blocking bugs to the RC 
1 is official and can be funneled to the public. Bear will be handing 
the bits to Pieter who has a bunch of web stuff to do before it gets 
into the open. Stay tuned for more info from Pieter on this in the 
coming days (likely @general).

We still do have 2 non-blocking bugs open that we may want to 
incorporate in an RC2 (if we get fixes soon and if those are not too 
destabilizing):
- 5906 : Need a Search text field in the toolbar (assigned to Reid)
- 6414 : repository corruption (assigned to Andi)
