[Chandler-dev] Chandler trunk and the new wx tarball

As Andi just pointed out on IRC, I probably should have mentioned *why* 
we generated a new wx tarball.

Relver 40 is the same source as relver 36 (way back from svn revision 
9544) *but* built using swig version 1.3.29
